1. Who we are
Mockloop is an independent project operated from Israel. Contact: hello@mockloop.app.
2. What we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. We use this to identify your account and associate your data across sessions.
Conversation and memory data
We store your conversation history and a memory file that tracks your progress over time. This is what makes the coaching useful across sessions. Your messages are also transmitted to the AI model provider you select (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to generate responses.
Usage data
We record anonymised usage metrics per session (such as estimated model costs) to enforce free-tier limits. Message content is not included in these records.
Session cookie
We use a single HTTP-only authentication cookie to keep you signed in. It is not readable by JavaScript.
3. What we do NOT collect
- API keys — if you use Bring Your Own Key, your keys stay in your browser only and are never stored on our servers.
- Payment information — we don't charge you directly.
- Advertising or tracking data — we don't use ad networks or cross-site trackers.
4. Third-party services
We use third-party services for hosting, database, and AI inference. Each operates under its own privacy policy. Your conversation messages are processed by the AI provider whose model you select.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data and conversation history while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see section 6).
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@mockloop.app. We'll respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
