Terms of Service
Last updated: May 3, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Mockloop ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
2. What Mockloop is
Mockloop is an AI-powered technical interview coaching tool. AI responses are generated by third-party model providers — Mockloop is not itself an AI company. We make no guarantee about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
3. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free usage quota
New users receive a free monthly usage allowance. This allowance is limited to a specific pool of models, is capped per user and globally, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
5. Bring Your Own API Key
You may supply your own API keys from third-party AI providers. Your keys are stored only in your browser and are never persisted by Mockloop's servers. You are solely responsible for any costs or consequences arising from your use of those keys. Do not use Mockloop on a shared computer when a key is stored in your browser.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to circumvent quotas or rate limits, or use the service to generate harmful or illegal content.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mockloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
